Amputee Football is a dynamically developing sports discipline designed for amputees and individuals suffering from paresis of limbs. Warta launched its Amputee Football team in 2019. The team competes in the PZU Ampfutbol Ekstraklasa. The team includes both men and women. In 2021, Monika Kukla of Warta debuted as the first woman to play in the PZU Ampfutbol Ekstraklasa.
If you have suffered from an amputation of a leg or an arm or if you suffer from paresis of limbs, you can join the Warta Poznań team. You do not have to become a footballer, you do not even need to know the rules of the game. You can join the community and support the league team. We normally train every fortnight. We contribute towards transport and accommodation costs for players from outside the region.
